Our shipping arrival times are as follows, from the date of purchase:
_
UK: 5 - 7 working days
EU: 7 - 10 working days
INT: 10 - 21 working days

Please note, larger artworks, particularly those which are framed, may take longer. Please do not contact us if you have a tracking number and the company website used to track your artwork tells you where your delivery is.

SAFE & SECURE DELIVERY

We are based in the UK and use Royal Mail for many of our artwork deliveries as well as Fed Ex.  In the case of big operations such as print releases, delicate works or framed works, we use a specialist, highly reliable bespoke art delivery service called Flight Logistics (flightlg.com)

Whichever service we use, we do our absolute best to ensure your artwork reaches you safely and securely.

NOTIFICATIONS // TRACKING NUMBERS

You will receive an email with tracking details which usually includes the shipping company we use (Royal Mail, FedEx or Flight Logistics, for example) and your tracking number. This allows you to track where your parcel is along its journey from us to you.

SHIPPING CHARGES

As we have outlined on our website in VAT Update, following the end of the transition period for the United Kingdom's departure from the European Union (EU), the treatment of VAT and import taxes/customs charges on exports to EU customers has changed. West Contemporary's website and shipping procedures have been amended to comply with these new rules.

All non-UK customers will now pay the ex-VAT price at checkout, with applicable VAT and import taxes/customs charges becoming payable in their local jurisdiction upon the receipt of goods.

Most of our artworks are shipped from the UK, which is reflected in the shipping charges at checkout, depending on how the artwork will be send to you (tube or flatpacked and its weight).  Fin DAC and Mick Rock shipping costs are higher, because we use Flight Logistics and FedEx for these shipments.

Any other enquiries about shipping or delivery charges, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@west-contemporary.com
