WHEN WILL I GET MY PRINT?

Arrival times will vary based on location, though you should expect your print in the next 1-3 weeks from the time you placed the order with us. 

WAIT TIME: If you are purchasing an artwork from a new edition launch, please note that each sell-out project we do requires us sending out a high volume of prints, which means a high level of management and logistics by our team and designated delivery service.  We ask for, and thank you in advance for your patience, it is much appreciated. 

SAFE & SECURE DELIVERY OF YOUR FIN DAC PRINTS

We use specialist, highly reliable bespoke art delivery service called Flight Logistics (flightlg.com) to take care of our Fin DAC releases, or original artworks, so you can be assured an incredible level of service and attention to detail when it comes to the handling the wrapping, packing and delivery of your prints.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your Fin DAC artwork, from a big print launch or not, has been dispatched.

VAT & IMPORT TAX

As we have outlined on our website in VAT Update, following the end of the transition period for the United Kingdom's departure from the European Union (EU), the treatment of VAT and import taxes/customs charges on exports to EU customers has changed. West Contemporary's website and shipping procedures have been amended to comply with these new rules.

All non-UK customers will now pay the ex-VAT price at checkout, with applicable VAT and import taxes/customs charges becoming payable in their local jurisdiction upon the receipt of goods.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE ARTIST**

We have an extremely good partnership with Fin DAC, in part due to the fact that once the artist has created his work, West Contemporary Editions takes care of handling everything else thereafter. So we politely ask you not to contact him, as it is us (not he) who have all the information you may need relevant to your order, delivery and any other general enquiries about his work. We are happy to help you and have a quick response time, so please do not hesitate to contact us if this email has not answered all your questions.
