1. Dispatch Policy

Goods are normally dispatched within 7 days and customers will receive items between 3 - 21 working days depending on their location. We ship largely from the UK, whilst some of our artists ship works directly to you from the US. If we are unable to despatch your order within 14 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

 

2. Prices and Tax

The price shown for the goods does not include postage and packing, which gets added after and amount is dependent upon your location, and calculated from where we are based (UK). The price you pay will include VAT for all orders. VAT is deducted at checkout depending on your location, or remains, in the case of UK buyers. 3. Cancellation and Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods or have changed your mind you have the right to cancel within seven days of the contract, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer), return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. West Contemporary Editions reserves the right to cancel any orders at any time. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.

 

4. Colours

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

 

5. Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

 

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

 

7. Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

 

8. Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
