A mixed-media work created from folded fabric on a circular wooden canvas, intricately wrapped with ribbon pulled from old mixtapes. Once carrying carefully chosen songs, messages and memories, the tape is transformed into something tactile and almost meditative. Someone Made This For You celebrates an era when making someone a mixtape was an act of time, thought and affection — a physical soundtrack to a friendship, a love affair, a summer, or simply a moment we wanted to remember.
